One StepAmphetamine Test Device

A rapid, one step test for the qualitative detection of Amphetamines in human urine.

For healthcare professionals including  professionals at point of care sites

For professional in vitro diagnostic use only.

The urine specimen must be collected in a clean and dry container. Urine collected at any time of the day may be used. Urine specimens exhibiting visible particles should be centrifuged, filtered, or allowed to settle to obtain clear specimen for testing.

Specimen Storage

Urine specimens may be stored at 2-8°C for up to 48 hours prior to assay. For long-term storage, specimens may be frozen and stored below -20°C. Frozen specimens should be thawed and mixed before testing.

Allow the test device, urine specimen, and/or controls to reach room temperature (15-30oC) prior to testing.

1.     Bring the pouch to room temperature before opening it. Remove the test device from the sealed pouch and use it as soon as possible.

2.     Place the test device on a clean and level surface. Hold the dropper vertically and transfer 3 full drops of urine (approx. 100ml) to the specimen well (S) of the test device, and then start the timer. Avoid trapping air bubbles in the specimen well (S). See the illustration below.

3.     Wait for the colored line(s) to appear. The result should be read at 5 minutes.  Do not interpret the result after 10 minutes.

INTERPRETATION OF RESUL

NEGATIVE:* Two lines appear. One colored line should be in the control region (C), and another apparent colored line should be in the test region (T). This negative result indicates that the Amphetamine concentration is below the detectable level (1,000 ng/mL).

* NOTE: The shade of color in the test line region (T) will vary, but it should always be considered as negative whenever there is even a faint line.

POSITIVE: One colored line appears in the control region (C). No line appears in the test region (T). This positive result indicates that the Amphetamine concentration exceeds the detectable level (1,000 ng/mL).

INVALID: Control line fails to appear. Insufficient specimen volume or incorrect procedural techniques are the most likely reasons for control line failure. Review the procedure and repeat the test using a new test device. If the problem persists, discontinue using the lot immediay and contact your local distributor.

      下午2點(diǎn)整，在陽光下，在歌聲里，在球場上，番禺創(chuàng)新科技園的*屆趣味運(yùn)動(dòng)會拉開了序幕！隨著主持人高昂的聲音，球場上攢動(dòng)的人群排列成了整齊的隊(duì)伍。領(lǐng)隊(duì)高舉著各支代表隊(duì)的牌子站立在隊(duì)伍的zui前方，參賽運(yùn)動(dòng)員們摩拳擦掌興致高昂地排列在隊(duì)伍里，等待著運(yùn)動(dòng)會的開始。接著，科技園的，廣州市登山行業(yè)協(xié)會的發(fā)表講話，預(yù)祝本次運(yùn)動(dòng)會取得成功！

開幕式結(jié)束后，在主持人的帶領(lǐng)下，運(yùn)動(dòng)員們完成了熱身運(yùn)動(dòng)，即將到來的，便是令人熱血沸騰的運(yùn)動(dòng)會比賽了。本公司的*項(xiàng)比賽項(xiàng)目是考驗(yàn)身體協(xié)調(diào)和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作的雷霆戰(zhàn)鼓。隨著哨聲響起，六位同事用協(xié)同的步伐和節(jié)奏，小心翼翼地顛動(dòng)著鼓上的氣球，兩位同事在旁蓄力以待，隨時(shí)準(zhǔn)備著把顛落的氣球撿回。緊張，激動(dòng)，每一位同事都在努力地完成著比賽。隨著裁判結(jié)束的聲音響起，同事們才放松下來，但是由于疏于運(yùn)動(dòng)的原因，在此項(xiàng)目上我們的成績并不理想。公司詹總此時(shí)為大家鼓舞打氣，讓大家重振士氣，并在接下來的比賽中取得了更好的成績。

 時(shí)間來到下午的三點(diǎn)鐘，健侖生物的各位同事們正進(jìn)行著點(diǎn)球大戰(zhàn)項(xiàng)目的比賽。伴隨著陣陣歡呼聲，只見各位同事踢出一個(gè)又一個(gè)令人激動(dòng)的進(jìn)球，得分也水漲船高。zui終，健侖生物公司在此項(xiàng)目上取得了前五名的好成績。在中場休息的時(shí)候，詹總召集大家進(jìn)行了簡短的總結(jié)，并鼓舞大家繼續(xù)努力，爭取更好的表現(xiàn)。果不其然，在接下來的龜兔賽跑和超級投籃的環(huán)節(jié)中，同事們的表現(xiàn)越來越出色，展現(xiàn)了健侖生物公司的積極面貌和團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作的公司文化。

 四項(xiàng)比賽項(xiàng)目結(jié)束后，趣味競賽也告一段落，接下來進(jìn)行的則是令人期待的彩色歡樂跑。跑步是一項(xiàng)zui基礎(chǔ)的運(yùn)動(dòng)，能夠增強(qiáng)體質(zhì)和耐力，是zui健康有效的鍛煉方式。而本次彩色歡樂跑，則是在彩粉中，圍繞科技園園區(qū)進(jìn)行的長達(dá)三公里的跑步比賽。在大家戴上防目鏡和頭巾之后，隨著彩粉的拋撒，比賽正式開始。而健侖生物當(dāng)中，*的是公司詹總，他揮舞著旗桿，*在大隊(duì)伍的前方，也象征著健侖生物要在國內(nèi)做zui出色的生物公司，做*同行的*！而各位同事也不甘落后，卯足了勁沖刺在賽道上。團(tuán)結(jié)，友愛，互助，拼搏，高效，追求*的公司文化在本次比賽中展現(xiàn)的*。

下午五點(diǎn)整，隨著zui后一位運(yùn)動(dòng)員沖過終點(diǎn)，運(yùn)動(dòng)會的比賽也落下了帷幕。在接下來的頒獎(jiǎng)儀式上，獲獎(jiǎng)隊(duì)伍和運(yùn)動(dòng)員得到了表彰和獎(jiǎng)品，運(yùn)動(dòng)會結(jié)束了，但是通過運(yùn)動(dòng)會收獲的成功和精神會一直流傳，成為廣州健侖生物前進(jìn)道路上一道閃亮的風(fēng)景！

與基底膜(bsement  membrne,BM)與細(xì)胞間質(zhì)中一些分子粘附，并激活細(xì)胞合成、分 泌各種降解酶類，協(xié)助腫瘤細(xì)胞穿過ECM進(jìn)入血管，然后在某些因 子等的作用下運(yùn)行并穿過血管壁外滲到繼發(fā)部位，繼續(xù)增殖、形成 轉(zhuǎn)移灶?？傊?，脫落、粘附、降解、移動(dòng)和增生貫穿于惡性腫瘤侵 蝕、轉(zhuǎn)移的全過程。ECM由BM和細(xì)胞間質(zhì)組成，為腫瘤轉(zhuǎn)移的重要組織屏障。腫瘤細(xì)胞 通過其表面受體與ECM中的各種成分粘附后激活或分泌蛋白降解酶 類來降解基質(zhì)，從而形成局部溶解區(qū)，構(gòu)成了腫瘤細(xì)胞轉(zhuǎn)移運(yùn)行通 道。一般惡性程度高的腫瘤細(xì)胞具有較強(qiáng)的蛋白水解作用，可侵蝕 破壞包膜，促進(jìn)轉(zhuǎn)移。目前較為關(guān)注的酶主要是絲氨酸蛋白酶類， 如纖溶酶原激活物(plsminogen ctivtor,P)和金屬蛋白酶 。
Attaches to the basement membrane (bsement membrne, BM) and some molecules in the cell mesenchyme, and activates cell synthesis, secretion of various degrading enzymes, assists tumor cells to enter the blood vessel through the ECM, and then operates under the influence of certain factors, etc. And through the vascular wall extravasation to the secondary site, continue to proliferation, the formation of metastases. In short, shedding, adhesion, degradation, migration and proliferation go through the entire process of invasion and metastasis of malignant tumors. ECM is composed of BM and intercellular substance and is an important tissue barrier for tumor metastasis. Tumor cells degrade the matrix by activating or secreting protein-degrading enzymes through the adhesion of their surface receptors to various components of the ECM, thereby forming a localized dissolving zone that constitutes a tumor cell migration pathway. In general, highly malignant tumor cells have a strong proteolytic effect, which can erode and destroy the envelope and promote metastasis. The enzymes that are currently of great concern are serine proteases such as plasminogen activator (P) and metalloproteinases.
