作用：幫助辨別是植物體細胞還是動物體細胞等。延伸編輯年代美國細胞生物學(xué)家K．R．波特用高穿透力的高壓電子顯微鏡觀察經(jīng)戊二醛固定的離體培養(yǎng)的細胞，才在細胞基質(zhì)內(nèi)發(fā)現(xiàn)微梁網(wǎng)絡(luò)。于是便把基質(zhì)分為兩個部分：①微梁網(wǎng)絡(luò)，分布在整個細胞中，由蛋白質(zhì)性質(zhì)的微梁纖維構(gòu)成。②水狀的網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間，其中溶解或懸浮著多種小分子，如糖、氨基酸、無機鹽等。微梁網(wǎng)絡(luò)的邊緣附著在細胞的質(zhì)膜上，并與微管、微絲等細胞骨架成分交織成為網(wǎng)架，支掛著內(nèi)質(zhì)網(wǎng)、線粒體等細胞器。游離的多核糖體則懸于微梁網(wǎng)絡(luò)的交叉點上。整個細胞質(zhì)呈現(xiàn)復(fù)雜的結(jié)構(gòu)秩序。有人先用去垢劑處理細胞，去除可溶性蛋白質(zhì)，再用改良的水干法制備細胞標本，在電子顯微鏡下就看不到微梁結(jié)構(gòu)。若不經(jīng)去垢劑處理，則出現(xiàn)微梁網(wǎng)絡(luò)。因此，微梁網(wǎng)絡(luò)是否真正存在還不能確定。滋養(yǎng)體，一般指原生動物攝取營養(yǎng)階段，能活動、攝取養(yǎng)料、生長和繁殖，是寄生原蟲的寄生階段。在寄生蟲的原蟲中該階段通常與致病作用有關(guān)。

Some people first treated cells with detergents to remove soluble proteins, and then prepared cell preparations with a modified water-dry method. Under the electron microscope, microbeam structure could not be seen. If no detergent treatment, there will be micro-beam network. Therefore, it is still uncertain whether the microbeam network really exists. The trophozoites generally refer to the protozoa's ingestion of a trophic phase, which is capable of activity, nutrient uptake, growth and reproduction, and is a parasite stage of parasitic protozoa. This stage is usually associated with pathogenic effects in parasite protozoa.
