蟲體大小一般為10～25×3～5mm?？谖P略大于腹吸盤，前者位于體前端，后者位于蟲體前1/5處。消化道簡單，口位于口吸盤的中央，咽呈球形，食道短，其后為腸支。腸支分為兩支，沿蟲體兩側(cè)直達(dá)后端，不匯合，末端為盲端。[2] 排泄為一略帶彎曲的長袋，前端到達(dá)受精水平處，并向前端發(fā)出左右兩支集合管，排泄孔開口于蟲體末端。雄性生殖有睪丸1對，前后排列于蟲體后部1/3，呈分支狀。兩睪丸各發(fā)出1條輸出管，向前約在蟲體中部匯合成輸精管，通儲精，經(jīng)管入位于腹吸盤前緣的生殖腔，缺袋、和前列腺。[2] 雌性生殖有卵巢1個，淺分葉狀，位于睪丸之前，輸卵管發(fā)自卵巢，其遠(yuǎn)端為卵模，卵模周圍為梅氏腺。卵模之前為子宮，盤繞向前開口于生殖腔。受精在睪丸與卵巢之間，呈橢圓形，與輸卵管相通。勞氏管位于受精旁，也與輸卵管相通，為短管，開口于蟲體背面。卵黃腺呈濾泡狀，分布于蟲體的兩側(cè)， 兩條卵黃腺管匯合后，與輸卵管相通。[2] 2、蟲卵蟲卵形似芝麻，淡黃褐色，一端較窄且有蓋。
