因 此,星形膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞對(duì)維持神經(jīng)細(xì)胞微環(huán)境的穩(wěn)定和調(diào)節(jié)代謝過(guò)程起重 要作用。當(dāng)中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)損傷時(shí),星形膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞迅速分裂增殖,以形成 膠質(zhì)瘢痕形式進(jìn)行修復(fù)。神經(jīng)纖維(nerve fiber)是以神經(jīng)細(xì)胞的 突起(包括軸突與樹突)為中軸,外包神經(jīng)膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞(施萬(wàn)細(xì)胞或少突 膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞)。根據(jù)神經(jīng)纖維有無(wú)髓鞘包裹,分為有髓和無(wú)髓神經(jīng)纖維兩 種。有髓神經(jīng)纖維(myelinated nerve fiber)由軸突(或樹突) 、髓鞘、神經(jīng)膜構(gòu)成。髓鞘(myelin sheath)及神經(jīng)膜 (neurolemma)呈鞘狀包裹在軸突的周圍。在軸突的起始部無(wú)髓鞘包 裹,稱此部為起始段(initial segment)起始段遠(yuǎn)側(cè)的軸突部分,髓 鞘呈節(jié)段包卷軸突,形似藕節(jié),其間斷部位,軸膜裸露,,可發(fā)生膜電位 變化,稱此部位為神經(jīng)纖維節(jié)(node of nerve fiber),又稱郎飛結(jié) (Ranvier node)。兩個(gè)相鄰結(jié)之間的一段,稱結(jié)間體(internode ),長(zhǎng)約0.5~lmm,它是由一個(gè)施萬(wàn)細(xì)胞所形成的髓鞘及其周圍的神 經(jīng)膜構(gòu)成。施萬(wàn)細(xì)胞核呈長(zhǎng)橢圓形,位于髓鞘邊緣的少量胞質(zhì)內(nèi)。髓 鞘主要是由類脂質(zhì)和蛋白質(zhì)所組成,稱為髓磷脂(myelin)在常規(guī)染 色標(biāo)本上,因髓鞘中的類脂被溶解,僅見(jiàn)殘存的蛋白質(zhì)呈網(wǎng)狀,稱神經(jīng)角 演網(wǎng)(neurokeratin network)。在鋨酸浸染標(biāo)本上,髓鞘呈黑色, 其中還可見(jiàn)數(shù)個(gè)呈漏斗形的斜裂,稱髓鞘切跡(incisure of myelin )或施-蘭切跡(Schmidt-Lanterman incisure)。電鏡下,髓鞘為 明暗相間的同心圓板層排列。髓鞘有保護(hù)和絕緣作用,可防 止神經(jīng)沖 動(dòng)的擴(kuò)散。有髓神經(jīng)纖維的神經(jīng)沖動(dòng)傳導(dǎo),是從一個(gè)郎飛結(jié)跳到相鄰郎 飛結(jié)的跳躍式傳導(dǎo),長(zhǎng)的神經(jīng)纖維,軸突就粗,髓鞘亦厚。結(jié)間體也長(zhǎng), 傳導(dǎo)速度快。反之,傳導(dǎo)速度慢。大部分腦、脊神經(jīng)屬于有髓神經(jīng)纖維 。 中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)有髓神經(jīng)纖維的髓鞘由少突膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞形成。一個(gè)少突 膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞的幾個(gè)突起,可分別包卷幾條軸突形成髓鞘,其郎飛結(jié)較寬, 無(wú)髓鞘切跡,其胞體位于神經(jīng)纖維之間。

The nerve impulse conduction of myelinated nerve fibers is a jump-type conduction that jumps from a Langfei knot to the neighboring Langfei knot. Long nerve fibers have thick axons and thick myelin sheaths. The junction body is also long and the conduction speed is fast. On the contrary, the conduction speed is slow. Most brain and spinal nerves are myelinated nerve fibers. The myelin sheath of the myelinated nerve fibers of the central nervous system is formed by oligodendrocytes. A few protrusions of an oligodendrocyte can wrap several axons to form a myelin sheath. The Lange junction is wider and has no myelin sheath. The cell body is located between nerve fibers.
