一個(gè)反密碼子環(huán),在這一環(huán)的頂端有三個(gè)暴露的堿基,稱為反密
碼子(anticodon).反密碼子可以與mRNA鏈上互補(bǔ)的密碼子配對(duì)
。⑤有一個(gè)胸腺嘧啶環(huán)。又稱核糖體RNA(ribosomalRNA),
rRNA是組成核糖體的主要成分。核糖體是合成蛋白質(zhì)的工廠。在
大腸桿菌中,rRNA量占細(xì)胞總RNA量的75%-85%,而tRNA占15%,
mRNA僅占3-5%。rRNA一般與核糖體蛋白質(zhì)結(jié)合在一起,形成核糖
