【功能介紹】

可以檢測(cè)尿液中是否含嗎啡成分。從而定性判斷被測(cè)者是否吸食了嗎啡。 

【樣品要求】

用一次性尿杯收集尿樣，無需處理可直接檢測(cè)。

【檢驗(yàn)方法】

1、測(cè)試前先閱讀使用說明書；

2、用干凈尿杯取尿樣；

3、從鋁箔袋中取出檢測(cè)卡，置于干凈平坦的臺(tái)面上，用吸管；垂直滴加2-3滴尿樣到加樣孔中；

4、3-5分鐘讀結(jié)果。為確保結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性，請(qǐng)勿在5分鐘后判讀結(jié)果。

【結(jié)果解釋】

1、陽性：在反應(yīng)區(qū)內(nèi)只出現(xiàn)一條紅色質(zhì)控線。

2、陰性：在反應(yīng)區(qū)內(nèi)出現(xiàn)質(zhì)控線和反應(yīng)線兩條紅線。

3、無效：在反應(yīng)區(qū)內(nèi)質(zhì)控線未出現(xiàn)，需重新測(cè)試。

【注意事項(xiàng)】

1、檢測(cè)卡在室溫下一次性使用，不得重復(fù)使用；

2、檢測(cè)卡從鋁箔袋中取出后應(yīng)在30分鐘內(nèi)盡快使用

3、3~5分鐘內(nèi)判定結(jié)果，10分鐘后的結(jié)果無效

4、謹(jǐn)防檢測(cè)卡受潮，檢測(cè)卡受潮或鋁箔袋破損后，檢測(cè)卡不能使用

5、由于標(biāo)本采集時(shí)存在差異，檢測(cè)過程中可能出現(xiàn)質(zhì)控線C和反應(yīng)線T的顏色深淺或明暗不等，但只要可見，不管其顏色深淺或明暗均應(yīng)視為出現(xiàn)。

結(jié)核性胸膜炎
發(fā)熱、咳嗽、咯痰、呼吸困難等。高熱、胸痛為zui明顯癥狀，患側(cè)吸氣時(shí)疼痛加重。
結(jié)核性腹膜炎

結(jié)核性腦膜炎
乳幼兒由原發(fā)結(jié)核的早期血行播散引起者潛伏期短，有頭痛、食欲不振、倦怠、精神呆板，以后可突然發(fā)熱、頭痛、嘔吐、對(duì)光及聲音易興奮、腦壓高，可有痙攣發(fā)作。頸部強(qiáng)直，腱反射亢進(jìn)，劃足底試驗(yàn)、劃外踝試驗(yàn)、屈髖伸膝試驗(yàn)、屈頸試驗(yàn)等可陽性，意識(shí)由模糊進(jìn)入昏迷。
診斷
病史
肺結(jié)核是呼吸道傳染病，與排菌病人的密切接觸對(duì)感染及發(fā)病有重要關(guān)系，故要了解與開放性病人的接觸病史。了解有無發(fā)生過結(jié)節(jié)性紅斑，結(jié)核風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)炎、泡性角膜結(jié)膜炎史。胸膜炎、周圍淋巴結(jié)結(jié)核、肛瘺等。有無使用腎上腺皮質(zhì)激素、糖尿病史等。
結(jié)核菌的涂片和培養(yǎng)檢查
利用痰或分泌物（膿）、滲出液進(jìn)行涂片檢查可提供結(jié)核桿菌存在的依據(jù)，目前多采用齊爾－內(nèi)爾森二氏抗酸染色法。結(jié)核菌的數(shù)量在10000/ml可為陽性，若細(xì)菌數(shù)量少于此量則呈陰性。還可利用合成培養(yǎng)基，因結(jié)核菌繁殖緩慢需要4～8周方能獲得結(jié)果。目前多用勒文斯坦－延森二氏改良培養(yǎng)基。培養(yǎng)出結(jié)核菌應(yīng)進(jìn)行煙酸試驗(yàn)及過氧化氫酶試驗(yàn)，陽性者可與其他非典型抗酸菌桿菌相區(qū)別。
X射線檢查
利用細(xì)菌X射線檢查，可了解肺部損害情況。此外，骨、關(guān)節(jié)結(jié)核病 X射線照片對(duì)診斷也有重要意義，泌尿細(xì)菌器結(jié)核病時(shí)的上行性及逆行性腎盂造影、腸結(jié)核的胃腸鋇劑造影也是診斷這些疾病的重要手段。
結(jié)核菌素試驗(yàn)
此檢測(cè)系是否受過結(jié)核菌感染的指標(biāo)。已受過感染者則多呈陽性，未受過感染者則多為陰性。近來用結(jié)核菌素試驗(yàn)判斷結(jié)核病的活動(dòng)程度有一定參考價(jià)值。方法是使用舊結(jié)核菌素 (OT)1:2000倍0.1ml(5TU)或 PPDRT-230.1ml(結(jié)核菌純蛋白衍化物)3TU注射于左前臂屈側(cè)中央，經(jīng)48～72小時(shí)后測(cè)量硬結(jié)直徑(不是發(fā)紅直徑)。但應(yīng)注意對(duì)結(jié)核菌素試驗(yàn)反應(yīng)，會(huì)因受測(cè)者當(dāng)時(shí)的免疫狀態(tài)而有所不同。如病毒感染、癌、結(jié)節(jié)病、應(yīng)用免疫抑制劑、嚴(yán)重感染以及皮質(zhì)激素治療、細(xì)菌反應(yīng)前期（感染后2～8周，尚未完成細(xì)胞免疫時(shí)），可呈現(xiàn)暫時(shí)性陰性結(jié)果。
