S100P鈣結(jié)合蛋白P(S100P)重組蛋白

S100P屬于S-100蛋白家族，其家族蛋白表達(dá)于大部分的細(xì)胞中，可能參與細(xì)胞分裂和分化。S100P在胎盤中存在高表達(dá)。在胰腺導(dǎo)管癌中腫瘤細(xì)胞幾乎100%的陽(yáng)性表達(dá)，反之良性導(dǎo)管和腺體不表達(dá)。S100P抗體對(duì)于胰腺穿刺活檢研究是導(dǎo)管癌或是良性導(dǎo)管病變非常有幫助。S100P在膽管上皮癌中表達(dá)，但在正常膽管上皮以及反應(yīng)性增生膽管上皮不表達(dá)，這有助于研究膽管活檢時(shí)組織的良惡性。

S100P belongs to the S-100 protein family. Its family protein is expressed in most cells and may participate in cell division and differentiation. S100P is highly expressed in the placenta. Tumor cells in pancreatic ductal carcinoma almost 100% positive expression, whereas the benign duct and gland does not express. The S100P antibody is very helpful for pancreatic biopsy studies in ductal or benign ductal diseases. S100P is expressed in cholangiocarcinoma, but not in normal bile duct epithelium and reactive hyperplastic duct bile duct epithelium, which is helpful to study the benign and malignant tissues in bile duct biopsy.
