乳腺球蛋白是一個乳腺相關(guān)糖蛋白，它是一個分泌素家族（包括子宮球蛋白和lipophilin）成員的遠(yuǎn)親。與其他分泌素家族成員不同，乳腺球蛋白的mRNA 在乳腺組織種特異表達(dá)，研究表明，該蛋白是研究前哨淋巴結(jié)和外周血液中潛伏乳腺癌細(xì)胞的靈敏參考依據(jù)。在石蠟組織切片的檢測中，該抗體檢測乳腺癌組織中的乳腺球蛋白敏感度高達(dá)80%。當(dāng)和其他乳腺特異參考依據(jù)如GCDFP-15 聯(lián)合應(yīng)用時，檢測乳腺球蛋白敏感度高達(dá)84%。檢測乳腺球蛋白，在研究原發(fā)癌是否發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)移中起到至關(guān)重要的作用。

Gamma Globulin is a mammary gland-associated glycoprotein, a distant relative of members of the secretin family including uterine globulin and lipophilin. Unlike other members of the secretin family, mammaglobin mRNA is specifically expressed in breast tissue and studies have shown that the protein is a sensitive reference for studying latent breast cancer cells in sentinel lymph nodes and peripheral blood. In the detection of paraffin tissue sections, the antibody detects up to 80% of breast globulin in breast cancer tissues. When used in combination with other breast specific reference such as GCDFP-15, the detection of mammaglobin sensitivity up to 84%. Detection of mammaglobin plays a crucial role in studying whether primary cancer metastasizes.
