GFAP 膠質(zhì)纖維酸性蛋白

此抗體可以和人的 GFAP 反應(yīng),而與其它的中間絲蛋白(如角蛋白、波形蛋白、結(jié)蛋白和神經(jīng)絲)無交叉反應(yīng)。一般情況下,正常和腫瘤性的星形膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞、神經(jīng)膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞、室管膜細(xì)胞反應(yīng)陽性,而神經(jīng)節(jié)細(xì)胞、神經(jīng)元、成纖維細(xì)胞、少突膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞和這些細(xì)胞來源的腫瘤反應(yīng)陰性。GFAP 主要用于星形膠質(zhì)瘤等中樞系統(tǒng)腫瘤的研究。

3月3日科技部社會發(fā)展科技司也發(fā)表《國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃“大氣污染防治”重點(diǎn)專項(xiàng)實(shí)施方案(征求意見稿)》,其中提到要加強(qiáng)對污染源解析方法等研究。治理霧霾,控制大氣污染,要對PM2.5的具體組成成份進(jìn)行分析,方可達(dá)到真正控制大氣污染的目的。
PM2.5中無機(jī)元素種類較多,鉛、鐵、鋅、鈣、鎘等有害金屬或類金屬元素常被檢出。不同金屬元素的濃度范圍相差很大,在數(shù)十甚至數(shù)百個ppm至ppt級的范圍內(nèi),對儀器及檢測方法提出了較高要求。ICP-MS具有諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn),是測定顆粒物中的無機(jī)元素技術(shù)的發(fā)展趨勢之一。環(huán)保標(biāo)準(zhǔn)HJ657-2013《空氣和廢氣顆粒物中鉛等金屬元素的測定-電感耦合等離子體質(zhì)譜法》便將ICP-MS檢測技術(shù)納入了法規(guī)。
