ERG（兔單克隆抗體）

ERG是母紅血球病病毒E26轉(zhuǎn)換序列(ETS)轉(zhuǎn)錄因子的基因家族成員之一，它在淋巴細(xì)胞和內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞表達(dá)，調(diào)節(jié)內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞凋亡和血管生成。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)ERG在良性和惡性的血管腫瘤都有表達(dá)。ERG抗體對(duì)血管腫瘤有高度敏感性。ERG被發(fā)現(xiàn)在前列腺癌和高級(jí)別的前列腺上皮內(nèi)瘤樣病變（HGPIN）有表達(dá)。它在除前列腺癌以外的其它上皮來(lái)源腫瘤很少陽(yáng)性表達(dá)。有一個(gè)研究顯示，ERG在所有乳腺癌、胃腸道癌、婦科系統(tǒng)癌、腎癌、肺癌、卵巢癌、胰腺癌、唾液腺癌、皮膚癌、甲狀腺癌、等都是陰性表達(dá)。ERG被發(fā)現(xiàn)也在少數(shù)尤文氏肉瘤有表達(dá)。

ERG is a member of a gene family of the maternal ECH transcription factor (ETS) transcription factor that is expressed in lymphocytes and endothelial cells and regulates endothelial cell apoptosis and angiogenesis. The study found that ERG is expressed in both benign and malignant vascular tumors. ERG antibodies are highly sensitive to vascular tumors. ERG was found to be expressed in prostate cancer and in high-grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia (HGPIN). It is rarely positive for epithelial-derived tumors other than prostate cancer. In one study, ERG was negatively expressed in all breast, gastrointestinal, gynecological, renal, lung, ovarian, pancreatic, salivary, skin, thyroid and testicular cancers. ERG was also found to be expressed in a few Ewing's sarcomas.
