Cytokeratin 8(細胞角蛋白8)

CK8是胚胎形成早期產(chǎn)生的中間絲蛋白。它是*在呼吸道、胃腸道、生殖系統(tǒng)和甲狀腺大量單層上皮表達的II型CK。 CK8一般與CK18一起表達。CK8抗體常用于研究單層上皮來源的腺癌。CK8在小葉癌和導(dǎo)管癌中染色模式不一樣，小葉癌中呈核旁染色，而導(dǎo)管癌中呈細胞質(zhì)周緣染色。

CK8 is an intermediate silk protein produced early in embryogenesis. It is the only type II CK that is expressed in the respiratory, gastrointestinal, reproductive and thyroid large monolayers. CK8 is usually expressed with CK18. CK8 antibody commonly used in the study of monolayer epithelial adenocarcinoma. CK8 staining in lobular carcinoma and ductal carcinoma is not the same pattern, lobular carcinoma was paracancerous staining, and ductal carcinoma was cytoplasmic staining.
