在正常組織中，鱗狀上皮和導(dǎo)管上皮的基底細(xì)胞以及部分的鱗狀上皮生發(fā)層細(xì)胞、肌上皮細(xì)胞和間皮細(xì)胞陽(yáng)性，腺上皮細(xì)胞陰性。因此，可用于鱗癌和腺癌、間皮瘤和腺癌的研究。亦可用于導(dǎo)管上皮良、惡性增生的研究。
