CK5在正常的組織中可表達(dá)于鱗狀上皮和導(dǎo)管上皮的基底細(xì)胞以及部分的鱗狀上皮生發(fā)層細(xì)胞、肌上皮細(xì)胞和間皮細(xì)胞中，而絕大多數(shù)腺上皮細(xì)胞幾乎不表達(dá)。因此，可用于鱗癌和腺癌、間皮瘤和腺癌的研究。亦可用于乳腺、涎腺、前列腺上皮來(lái)源腫瘤良、惡性的研究。細(xì)胞角蛋白是細(xì)胞體的中間絲，是細(xì)胞結(jié)構(gòu)的主要成分，根據(jù)其分子量和雙向二維電泳中等電點(diǎn)的不同可以分為20種不同類(lèi)型，它能在正常上皮、腫瘤細(xì)胞、細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)中分化不同的上皮細(xì)胞表達(dá)。CYFRA21-1由細(xì)胞角蛋白19片段的兩個(gè)單克隆抗體組成，即單抗BMl9-21和KSl9.1，是一個(gè)分子量為4kD的酸性細(xì)胞蛋白。它主要分布于單層和復(fù)層上皮腫瘤細(xì)胞的胞漿內(nèi)，當(dāng)細(xì)胞死亡時(shí)，它以溶解片段的形式釋放入血清中。

Cytokeratin is the intermediate filament of cell body and is the main component of cell structure. According to its molecular weight and the isoelectric point in two-dimensional two-dimensional electrophoresis, it can be divided into 20 different types.
