糖鏈抗原CA199是胰腺癌和結(jié)直腸癌的腫瘤標(biāo)志物。胰腺癌和結(jié)直腸癌時(shí)指標(biāo)明顯升高，它的Cutoff值一般小于35KU/L,CA199小于1000KU/L，有一定的手術(shù)意義。另外，因?yàn)榈侥壳盀橹股形窗l(fā)現(xiàn)100%特異性和100%靈敏度的腫瘤標(biāo)志物，腫瘤標(biāo)志物和腫瘤之間不是一一對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系，而只是有相關(guān)性，也就是說糖鏈抗原CA199指標(biāo)高并不一定說明是得了胰腺癌或結(jié)直腸癌，某些肝癌、胃癌以及前列腺癌患者有時(shí)候該值也會(huì)升高。另外還有假陽(yáng)性的存在，良性患者如胰腺炎和黃疸時(shí)也可升高，但其濃度一般低于120KU/L,且具有一過性，須注意鑒別。

（3）二性霉素的副作用：抗原抗體、嘔吐、腹痛、發(fā)熱、寒戰(zhàn)、頭痛、頭暈、貧血、血小板減少，血栓性靜脈炎等，對(duì)炎、腎、造血系統(tǒng)有一定毒性。為減輕副作用，可于治療前半小時(shí)及治療后3小時(shí)給阿司匹林，嚴(yán)重者可用靜脈滴注氫化可地松或地塞米松。用藥期間，應(yīng)每隔3—7天檢查血、尿常規(guī)及肝、腎功能，血清肌酐>2.5mg/dl時(shí)用藥應(yīng)減量，尿素氮>40mg/d應(yīng)停藥，停藥2—5周恢復(fù)正常，再?gòu)男┝块_始給藥，注射部位易發(fā)生血栓性靜脈炎，zui初輸液部位宜先從四肢遠(yuǎn)端小靜脈開始。
3、5—氟胞嘧啶
是一種口服系統(tǒng)性抗真菌化學(xué)藥物，對(duì)隱球菌和白色念珠菌有糧食抑制作用?？膳c二性霉素B合用，治療全身性隱球菌病，劑量為每日50—150mg/kg，分4次口服，療程4—6周。嬰兒劑量酌減?？诜樟己茫鍧舛雀?，腦脊液濃度可達(dá)血清的64—88%，容易產(chǎn)生耐藥性，副作用有抗原抗體、嘔吐、皮疹、中性粒細(xì)胞核血小板減少，肝腎損害，與二性霉素B合用時(shí)可減少耐藥性，藥量可稍減，毒性反應(yīng)可減輕，可縮短療程。
4、克霉唑?yàn)閺V譜抗真菌藥
1—5%軟膏皮膚外用，口服易吸收，劑量每日20—60mg/kg，分3次口服。全身性深部真菌感染可與二性霉菌B聯(lián)合使用。副作用有胃腸癥狀、興奮失眠、蕁麻疹、白細(xì)胞減少、ALT升高等。
5、酮康唑合成的口服咪唑類抗真菌藥
系咪唑類衍生物。通過抑制麥角甾醇的合成，改變真菌細(xì)胞的通透性，導(dǎo)致真菌死亡?？咕V廣，口服體內(nèi)吸收良好，毒性反應(yīng)低，對(duì)念珠菌病、曲霉菌病、組織胞漿菌病等療效均顯著。開始劑量：體重30公斤以下者每日口服100mg，30公斤以上每日口服200—400mg，1—4歲者每日口服50mg，5—12歲，每日口服100mg，如小兒每日達(dá)400mg高劑量時(shí)，可有抗原抗體、嘔吐、一過性的低膽固醇血癥狀和肝功能異常。
