PCN402B型高精度智能粘度測定儀，是繼PCN402A之后推出的又一款智能儀器，嵌入GUI 圖形文件管理系統(tǒng)和FatFs R0.08文件管理系統(tǒng)，搭配自家的V3.0的界面，中文操作菜單和英文提示菜單。5.7寸 (1280x760)的圖形點(diǎn)陣K600+內(nèi)核 65000色DGUS屏、觸摸屏（電容式多點(diǎn)觸控屏），也符合該機(jī)的定位。硬件方面，PCN402B使用的是四核CPU處理器，頻率為32MHz，其他支持232接口與計算機(jī)聯(lián)網(wǎng)，而外形設(shè)計，簡約方正，主要針對油化驗(yàn)室.
