控制系統(tǒng)
　　PLC在控制系統(tǒng)中的應用越來越廣泛，由于本方案是在OMRON的PLC上面作的開發(fā)，所以以OMRON的PLC來作介紹。
硬件組成：1臺計算機，1套PLC(包括CPU，I/O模塊，ID212，OC224，AD003模塊)，2個繼電器，2個電磁閥，1個氣動閥門執(zhí)行器。
通用要求
1、生產(chǎn)的氣動閥規(guī)格及類別，應符合管道設計文件的要求。
氣動閥門(11張)
2、氣動閥的型號應注明依據(jù)的國標編號要求。若是企業(yè)標準，應注明型號的相關(guān)說明。
3、氣動閥工作壓力，要求≥管道的工作壓力，在不影響價格的前提下，閥門可承受的工壓應大于管道實際的工壓；氣動閥關(guān)閉狀況下的任何一側(cè)應能承受1.1倍閥門工壓值而不滲漏；閥門開啟狀況下，閥體應能承受二倍閥門工壓的要求。
