ATP-310 系列專為海綿泡棉行業(yè)研制的測試機(jī)臺，主要測試原物料，成品，半成品的物理 IFD（Indentation Force Deflection）同時(shí)可測試 ILD（Indentation Load Deflection），適用于海綿泡棉，聚氨酯,軟質(zhì)泡沫塑料乳膠發(fā)泡,地毯底襯，橡膠泡沫等材料；儀器測試程序按照ASTM ISO BS等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)，該儀器提供多重測試種類并可進(jìn)項(xiàng)自由編程，此儀器必須連接PC電腦端進(jìn)行操作及數(shù)據(jù)分析，實(shí)時(shí)顯示讀取保持?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)。

The ATP-310 Foam Indentation Force Deflection (IFD) Testing is a testing specification that measures the indentation force deflection of urethane foam and foam-like substances. The test procedure below follows the publication’s listed compression ratios, but many users pick the rates that are important to their testing.The IFD Testing of flexible cellular polyurethane is a common test, as per ASTM, ISO, BS international standards.  This instrument offers a variety of software features that allows programming of many parameters, using the program developed by Testing software. This software package allows the operator to conduct a large range of tests with an almost limitless array of test parameters and displayed test information when used with a compatible PC Test Configurations are prepared for each test type. This procedure is then fully automated.
