激光閃射法導(dǎo)熱儀
測定熱物性的最佳方法
使用激光脈沖加熱樣品下表面,并通過紅外檢測器測量樣品上表面溫度變化,就能得出熱擴散系數(shù)。結(jié)合樣品的密度值和比熱(可由激光法測定,亦可由DSC測定),可得到材料的導(dǎo)熱系數(shù):

多少熱量被傳遞?傳遞速度多快?
一直以來,研究人員和工程師都在尋找一種最佳的測試方法,這種方法可精確測定高導(dǎo)熱材料在中低溫下,陶瓷和耐火材料在高溫下的熱物性。解決這些問題的關(guān)鍵其實只需要精確地得到兩個參數(shù):熱擴散系數(shù)和導(dǎo)熱系數(shù),而這兩個參數(shù)都可使用激光閃射法儀器測得。激光閃射法操作簡便,測試結(jié)果
精確可靠。此類方法可滿足研究熱傳導(dǎo)過程中遇到的典型問題,例如:
• 鋁錠凝固有多快?
• 催化轉(zhuǎn)化器中的陶瓷部件傳熱有多快?
• 陶瓷剎車片在使用過程中的溫度分布是怎樣的?
• 對于處理器,如何選擇合適的熱交換材料?

自由選擇測試氣氛
儀器可配備三路轉(zhuǎn)子流量計或質(zhì)量流量控制器(MFC)控制,用以控制測試氣氛。用戶可根據(jù)自身需求自由設(shè)置兩路吹掃氣和保護氣。所有氣路均可提供氧化性,惰性,動態(tài)吹掃或靜態(tài)氣氛。對于氧敏感樣品來說,可保證純凈的測試氛圍。如配備真空泵,還可使樣品處于真空或低壓氣氛下進行測試。
優(yōu)化結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)置
與閃射光源 LFA 467 HyperFlash®儀器整體設(shè)計為垂直式結(jié)構(gòu)。其中,激光源位于儀器底部,樣品置于中間部位,檢測器在頂部。脈沖能量可通過軟件自動調(diào)節(jié),亦可通過選配的濾光片轉(zhuǎn)盤進一步優(yōu)化;脈沖寬度可在10µs至1500µs范圍內(nèi)調(diào)節(jié)。
配備氙燈光源的高溫測試系統(tǒng)
LFA 467 HT HyperFlash®的誕生基于LFA 467 HyperFlash®的成熟技術(shù),擁有創(chuàng)新的光源系統(tǒng)。長壽命的氙燈可在1250°C范圍內(nèi)提供高性價比的測試,沒有任何昂貴的耗材。
第一臺配置氙燈光源、且最高溫度可達到1250°C的激光導(dǎo)熱儀。
結(jié)合集成的自動進樣器,可以覆蓋整個溫度范圍,同時保持LFA 467 儀器可配備真空泵,支持每一次測試開始前自動抽真空,以確保氣氛純凈。儀器也可連接外部真空泵。真空密閉的鉑爐支持最大50K/min升溫速率。
儀器配備四個獨立的微型管式爐。高速加熱爐體使得LFA的測試效率非常高。儀器配備四個樣品位,每一個下方都配備內(nèi)置微型管式爐更高的測量效率
有單獨的熱電偶,使得控溫穩(wěn)定時間大大縮短。您可以在一個小時以內(nèi)完成全溫度范圍內(nèi)十個溫度步階測量。儀器配備有自動進樣系統(tǒng),可適用于?12.7 mm的圓形樣品支架和?10 mm的圓形或方形樣品支架。
真空密閉爐體確保氣氛純凈,防止氧化寬廣的溫度范圍HyperFlash®系列一貫的測量準(zhǔn)確性。外部的循環(huán)水浴可有效保護爐體周圍的部件,即使?fàn)t體在高溫下,其周圍的部件仍處于安全的溫度范圍,進而提高測量可靠性,并降低檢測器的液氮消耗量。
