產(chǎn)品活性：Clindamycin 是一種具有口服活性的廣譜抑菌林可酰胺類抗生素 (antibiotic)。Clindamycin 有效抑制細菌蛋白質(zhì)合成，其具有以亞抑制濃度 (sub-MICs) 在金黃色葡萄球菌中毒力因子表達的能力。Clindamycin 的抗性是由 50S 核糖體亞基 (23S rRNA) 中抗生素結(jié)合位點的酶促甲基化產(chǎn)生。Clindamycin 降低殺白細胞毒素 (PVL)，毒性休克-葡萄球菌毒素 (TSST-1) 或 α-溶血素 (Hla) 的產(chǎn)生。Clindamycin 也可用于瘧疾的研究。

體外：Clindamycin (25 μg/mL, 1-18 h) 抑制 E. coli O55:B5 中頭孢他啶 (HY-B0593) 誘導(dǎo)的內(nèi)毒素的釋放[3]. Clindamycin (50-100 μg/mL, 0-12 min) 增強金黃色葡萄球菌 (Staphylococcus aureus) 中抗體和補體依賴性吞噬作用[4]。 Clindamycin (0-500 μg/mL, 24-72 h) 抑制成骨細胞培養(yǎng)模型中的細胞增殖，在 10 μg/mL 濃度下刺激成骨細胞的細胞代謝[5]。 MCE尚未獨立證實這些方法的準確性。僅供參考。

體內(nèi)：Clindamycin (50-300 mg/kg; 靜脈注射, 口服) 劑量不會影響大鼠的藥代動力學(xué)參數(shù)[6]。 Clindamycin (160-600 mg/kg; 靜脈注射) 在內(nèi)毒素休克小鼠模型中以劑量依賴的方式提高生存率[7].
