核磁共振發(fā)現(xiàn)HIV疫苗靶點為α螺旋
近期的一項研究使用核磁共振(NMR)技術(shù)來測定HIV疫苗抗體的一種已知靶向肽的三維結(jié)構(gòu)。該研究報告揭示了一種動態(tài)α螺旋結(jié)構(gòu),并指出該結(jié)構(gòu)可能是HIV疫苗發(fā)揮效力的基礎(chǔ)。
