系列產(chǎn)品采用新型高頻電路分析方法的矢量網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析儀。
頻率范圍為30kHz-3.8GHz(R3765G系列), 300kHz-8GHz (3767G系列),采用愛德萬(wàn)公司的高速信號(hào)處理技術(shù)后,測(cè)試速度得到很大提高。 為用戶準(zhǔn)備了除基本型外,還有電橋內(nèi)置型, 以及正/反方向同時(shí)測(cè)量的S參數(shù)內(nèi)置型網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析儀,更有3端口4端口內(nèi)置型裝置。多路通道型電路,因增加了收信的輸入通道,這樣就可同時(shí)測(cè)量2路不同的回路器件, 通過(guò)這種方式多通道器件的測(cè)量效率得到大幅度提高。顯示器采用8.4英寸TFT彩色顯示。4畫面分割各波形獨(dú)立測(cè)量,多可4通道8蹤數(shù)據(jù)同一畫面顯示, 因此繁多的測(cè)量項(xiàng)目可在瞬間測(cè)量完成, 掃描時(shí)間在2端口全校準(zhǔn)時(shí),每點(diǎn)測(cè)量速度可達(dá)0.15ms。
