試驗設備test equipment

1、傳動系統(tǒng)，用來帶動圓環(huán)以給定的轉(zhuǎn)速旋轉(zhuǎn)，精確到5%以內(nèi)，并要求圓環(huán)安裝部位軸的徑向跳動小于0.01毫米。1. The transmission system is used to drive the ring to rotate at a given speed, accurate to within 5%, and the radial runout of the shaft at the installation position of the ring is required to be less than 0.01mm.

2、加載系統(tǒng)，對試樣和圓環(huán)，可施加法向力，精確到5%以內(nèi)。2. Loading system, for the sample and the ring, the additional force can be applied, accurate to within 5%.

6、本試驗中圓環(huán)的材質(zhì)對塑料磨損試驗結果影響很大，因此本標準采用的圓環(huán)，其外形尺寸見圖3。6. The material of the ring in this test has a great influence on the plastic wear test results. Therefore, the ring adopted in this standard has the dimensions shown in Figure 3.

材料為45號鋼，圓環(huán)要求整體淬火，熱處理HRC 40～45，外圓表面光潔度▽8，倒角處均為0.5×45度，外圓表面與內(nèi)圓同心度偏差小于0.01.The material is 45 steel, the ring is required to be quenched as a whole, the heat treatment is HRC 40-45, the surface finish of the outer circle is ▽ 8, the chamfering is 0.5 × 45 degree, and the concentricity deviation between the outer circle surface and the inner circle is less than 0.01.

    圓環(huán)可以反復使用，每次試驗后，需重新磨削。當外徑小于36毫米就不能再用。作仲裁試驗時必須用直徑40毫米的圓環(huán)。The ring can be used repeatedly. After each test, it needs to be grinded again. When the outer diameter is less than 36 mm, it can not be reused. A ring with a diameter of 40 mm must be used for the arbitration test.
