生產隨季節(jié)變化,廢水水質水量也隨季節(jié)變化; 廢水量大小不一,食品工業(yè)從家庭工業(yè)的小規(guī)模到各種大型工廠,產品品種繁多,其原料、工藝、規(guī)模等差別很大,廢水量從數m3/d到數千m3/d不等; 食品工業(yè)廢水中可降解成分多,對于一般食品工業(yè),由于原料來源于自然界有機物質,其廢水中的成分也以自然有機物質為主,不含有毒物質,故可生物降解性好,其BOD5/COD高達0.84; 高濃度廢水多; 廢水中含各種微生物,包含致病微生物,廢水易發(fā)臭; 廢水中氮、磷含量高。
