●外觀以及性質(zhì)：
熒光AF染料是具有磺化基團(tuán)的熒光物質(zhì)。AF染料帶負(fù)電荷，具有親水性高、亮度高、光穩(wěn)定性強(qiáng)、儀器相容性好、對(duì)pH不敏感等特點(diǎn)。AF染料的激發(fā)峰適用于激光光譜，發(fā)射峰較窄，抗猝滅性強(qiáng)，有利于多種熒光標(biāo)記。一般它的規(guī)格也是多樣的，包括AF430，AF647，AF568，AF488等一系列的。
Fluorescent AF dyes are fluorescent substances with sulfonated groups. AF dye is negatively charged and has the characteristics of high hydrophilicity, high brightness, strong light stability, good instrument compatibility and insensitivity to pH. The excitation peak of AF dye is suitable for laser spectrum. The emission peak is narrow, and the anti quenching property is strong, which is conducive to a variety of fluorescent labeling. Generally, it has various specifications, including AF430, AF647, AF568, AF488, etc.
