1. 陜西BLD51系列隔爆型高效節(jié)能燈（LED光源）使用范圍

BLD51系列隔爆型高效節(jié)能燈(LED 光源,以下簡(jiǎn)稱節(jié)能燈)防爆性能符合GB3836.1-2000《爆炸性氣體環(huán)境用電氣設(shè)備 第1部分：通用要求》、GB3836.2-2000《爆炸性氣體環(huán)境用電氣設(shè)備 第2部分：隔爆型“d”》的規(guī)定。溫州防爆燈廠家 BLD51燈具制造適用于戶內(nèi)、戶外具有爆炸性氣體混合物為Ⅱ類(lèi)A、B級(jí)，T1~T4組的1區(qū)、2區(qū)場(chǎng)所中，在交流50HZ額定電壓220V線路中作照明之用。

節(jié)能燈的有關(guān)技術(shù)資料圖樣和樣機(jī)均經(jīng)國(guó)家防爆電氣產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)測(cè)試中心（CQST）審查檢驗(yàn)合格，并取得防爆合格證，防爆合格證證書(shū)編號(hào)為：CNEx08.0559。

Application：

BLD51 series of flame-proof HESE Lamps （LED LIGHTING SOURCE, Hereinafter called HESE lamp ) are designed and manufactured according to the standards: GB3836.1-2000 “ Electrical Apparatus for Explosive Gas Atmospheres Part 1: General Requirements “, GB3836.2-2000 “ Electrical Apparatus for Explosive Gas Atmospheres Part 2: Flame-proof Enclosure “d” “. They are suitable to be used in place of zone 1 or 2 where there is explosive gas mixture which belongs to category Ⅱ, class A、B, group T1~T4 for lighting in a circuit with AC 50HZ, rated voltage of 220V.

The technical drawings and documents are validated by CHINA NATIONAL QUALITY SUPERVISION AND TEST CENTRE FOR EXPLOSION PROTECTED ELECTRICAL PRODUCTS ( CQST ), and issued explosion-proof certificate, serial No. is CNEx08.0059.

2．陜西BLD51系列隔爆型高效節(jié)能燈（LED光源）適用條件

溫州防爆燈廠家 BLD51燈具制造a) 海拔不過(guò)2000m；

b) 周?chē)h(huán)境溫度不高于+40℃，不低于-50℃；

c) 周?chē)諝獾南鄬?duì)濕度不大于95%（+25℃時(shí)）；

d) 在含有爆炸性氣體混合物不過(guò)Ⅱ類(lèi)，A、B級(jí)，T1~T4組的1區(qū)、2區(qū)環(huán)境中；

e) 在無(wú)破壞絕緣的氣體或蒸汽的環(huán)境中。

Using Conditions：

a) Altitude of the site of installation does not exceed 2000m;

b) The ambient air temperature does not exceed +40℃, the lower limit of ambient air temperature is - 50℃;

c) The relative humidity does not exceed 95% ( at+25℃) ;

d) The ambient place where there is explosive gas mixture which does not exceed category Ⅱ class A、B, group T1~T4;

e) The site in which there is not gas or rapour which may corrode insulation material.

3．陜西BLD51系列隔爆型高效節(jié)能燈（LED光源）技術(shù)參數(shù)

3.1 節(jié)能燈高效、節(jié)能、使用壽命長(zhǎng)、光照效果好和光照面積大特點(diǎn)，LED 作為第四代光源，技術(shù)，性能優(yōu)良，具備以下：

a、低耗能，和白熾燈相比節(jié)能90%；

b、使用壽命長(zhǎng)，在恰當(dāng)?shù)碾娏骱碗妷呵闆r下長(zhǎng)達(dá)3-5萬(wàn)小時(shí)，是其他同類(lèi)燈具的數(shù)十倍；

c、亮度高，顯色指數(shù)高Ra>80，光源方向性好；

d、環(huán)保，由無(wú)毒的半導(dǎo)體材料制成光源，不想熒光燈含水銀會(huì)造成污染；

e、無(wú)熱輻射，熱別適宜于對(duì)防爆要求較苛刻的環(huán)境等諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

4．BLD51LED防爆節(jié)能燈的結(jié)構(gòu)及防爆性能概述

4.1 節(jié)能燈在設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)，充分考慮了內(nèi)部爆炸性氣體混合物發(fā)生爆炸時(shí)，不引起外部爆炸性氣體混合物發(fā)生爆炸，通過(guò)在材料強(qiáng)度、結(jié)構(gòu)、溫度等方面采取措施，確保產(chǎn)品的安全可靠。

4.2 節(jié)能燈的外殼采用壓鑄造鋁合金制成。壓鑄鋁合金的抗拉強(qiáng)度不小于120MPa含鎂量小于5%（質(zhì)量比）。能承受7J的沖擊能量試驗(yàn)。

4.3 節(jié)能燈的透明罩采用鋼化玻璃制成，能承受7J的沖擊能量試驗(yàn)。

4.4 電纜引入裝置用密封圈硬度為邵氏硬度45~55度，密封圈能經(jīng)受GB3836.1規(guī)定的老化試驗(yàn)，適用的zui小電纜外徑為ф12~ф20。

4.5 節(jié)能燈外殼內(nèi)外設(shè)有可靠的內(nèi)外接地，其附近設(shè)有接地符號(hào)。

4.6 節(jié)能燈可在任意方向調(diào)節(jié)。

4.7節(jié)能燈的絕緣強(qiáng)度，能夠承受交流1500V，歷時(shí)1min的工頻耐壓試驗(yàn)。

4.8 節(jié)能燈的絕緣電阻在正常環(huán)境中不低于100MΩ。

Construction：

4.1 The HESE lamp is stable and safe for using explosive gas mixture, because we design and manufacture according to relative standards in material , structure and temperature.

4.2 The enclosure is made of casting aluminium alloy which contains magnesium not more than 5% (quality ratio ). The tensile strength of aluminium alloy exceed 120MPa. It can be ensured hit experiment 7J.

4.3 The guard of lamp is made of toughened glass. It can be ensured hit experiment 4J.

4.4 The hardness of rubber gasket is 45~55. The rubber gasket may stand up to aging test. It is used for Φ12~Φ20 external dia. of the cable.

4.5 There are internal and external earthing with marks.

4.6 The lamp could be adjusted at any direetion.

4.7Withstanding voltage of the lamp is 1500V, lasting time 1min.

4.8 Normal insulation resistance must exceed 100MΩ.
