ITT Cannon的圓形連接器系列CA-COM和CA-COM-B是稱為SAE-AS50151的連接器的衍生產(chǎn)品

（以前為MIL-DTL-5015）和VG95234。 初設(shè)計用于軍用飛機和作戰(zhàn)車輛的CA-COM版本經(jīng)過了修改，特別適合在各種工業(yè)領(lǐng)域中使用。

CA-COM系列的連接器都可以根據(jù)SAE-AS50151和VG95234的對應(yīng)類型進行互換和互換，因為它們提供相同的安裝尺寸和觸點布置。 整個CA-COM連接器線均符合ROHS要求

特點和優(yōu)點

•CA-COM標(biāo)準(zhǔn)版本具有螺紋耦合系統(tǒng)，而CA-COM-B類型則由“反向卡口”耦合機制創(chuàng)造，通過簡單的120°旋轉(zhuǎn)即可提供出色的振動保護。 CA-COM-B聯(lián)軸器的特點是由不銹鋼制成的滾柱螺栓從配合坡道上滾下來，從而降低了聯(lián)軸器扭矩。

•提供各種后蓋和適配器選件，例如PG公制密封套和熱縮套管。

•絕緣子由高質(zhì)量的聚氯丁二烯制成，適合溫度高達125°C。這種材料具有自熄性，可抵抗各種流體，例如汽油，潤滑劑和其他此類流體（僅短時間潤濕）。在使用壽命延長的情況下，可以提供FKM絕緣子材料作為替代。

•觸點由鍍硬銀表面處理的銅合金制成，至少可以進行500次配合。有焊料，壓接和PCB觸點。壓接端子提供了范圍廣泛的端接減少方法（請參見第41和42頁）。

•由于特殊的鈍化處理，所有焊點均符合ROHS要求。
