加速度傳感器中有一種是三軸加速度傳感器，同樣的它是基于加速度的基本原理去實現(xiàn)工作的，加速度是個空間矢量，一方面，要準確了解物體的運動狀態(tài)，必須測得其三個坐標軸上的分量；另一方面，在預先不知道物體運動方向的場合下，只有應用三軸加速度傳感器來檢測加速度信號。由于三軸加速度傳感器也是基于重力原理的，因此用三軸加速度傳感器可以實現(xiàn)雙軸正負90度或雙軸0-360度的傾角，通過校正后期精度要高于雙軸加速度傳感器大于測量角度為60度的情況。三軸加速度傳感器的好處就是在預先不知道物體運動方向的場合下，只有應用三維加速度傳感器來檢測加速度信號。三維加速度傳感器具有體積小和重量輕特點，可以測量空間加速度，能夠全面準確反映物體的運動性質(zhì)。
美國Dytran的3143M16是一款微型三軸加速度傳感器/振動傳感器，壓電式工作原理，可在低溫至-196攝氏度環(huán)境下連續(xù)工作，滿足低溫振動試驗的需要。
The Dytran 3143M16 is a triaxial IEPE accelerometer with continuous operation to -320°F (-196°C), expressly designed to support cryogenic vibration testing requirements.
Offered with a sensitivity of 10 mV/g, the design of model 3143M16 incorporates a 4-pin 3/8-28 Glenair radial connector and 6-32 thru hole mounting capabilities. Even at extreme temperatures the model 314316 displays an extreme stable and continuous signal output. Units are hermetically sealed for reliable operation in high humidity and dirty environments.
