IEPE是指一種自帶電量放大器或電壓放大器的加速度傳感器。IEPE是壓電集成電路的縮寫(xiě)。因?yàn)橛杉铀俣葌鞲衅鳟a(chǎn)生的電量是很小的，因此傳感器產(chǎn)生的電信號(hào)很容易受到噪聲干擾，需要用靈敏的電子器件對(duì)其進(jìn)行放大和信號(hào)調(diào)理。IEPE中集成了靈敏的電子器件使其盡量靠近傳感器以保證更好的抗噪聲性并更容易封裝。
美國(guó)Dytran的3192A是一款I(lǐng)EPE加速度傳感器/振動(dòng)傳感器，靈敏度1V/g，頻響低至0.5Hz。
The Dytran 3192A is a rugged IEPE piezoelectric accelerometer with a sensitivity of 1 V/g, a built-in Faraday shield for electrostatic noise immunity, excellent low frequency response of 0.5 Hz and the capability to resolve vibrations as low as 0.00007 g's RMS.
Design of the model 3192A incorporates an annular shear ceramic sensing element, packaged in a stainless steel housing with a 2-pin MIL-C-5015 axial connector and 1/4-28 mounting hole. The sensor is hermetically sealed for reliable operation in high humidity and dirty environments and case isolated to avoid EMI/ground loop interference.
