應用備注 ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.
Western blot: Approx 50 kDa band observed in Human Brain (Cerebellum) and Mouse Brain lysates (calculated MW of 49.9 kDa according to Mouse NP_034407.2 and Human NP_002046.1). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1 µg/mL.
IHC: In paraffin embedded Human Cerebelum shows specific staning of astrocytes. Recommended concentration: 2-4 µg/mL. Enzyme immunoassay: Sandwich-type ELISA with increasing amount of recombinant GFAP captured by a rabbit antibody. Recommended reporter concentration: 5-10 µg/mL. Please note this data was obtained using a previous batch.
