性能特點(diǎn)
工作原理
擴(kuò)散硅壓力變送器選用進(jìn)口高精度、高穩(wěn)定性壓力 敏感芯片。敏感芯片采用的微機(jī)械刻蝕加工工藝, 通過(guò)在硅片上擴(kuò)散四個(gè)高精度電阻,從而形成惠斯通電 橋。由于壓阻效應(yīng),四個(gè)橋臂電阻的阻值發(fā)生變化,電 橋失衡,敏感元件輸出一個(gè)對(duì)應(yīng)壓力變化的電信號(hào)。輸 出的電信號(hào)通過(guò)放大和非線性矯正電路的補(bǔ)償,產(chǎn)生與 輸入壓力成線性對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系的電壓、電流信號(hào)。
