ALW-QZXD 800型半自動(dòng)尋峰X(qián)射線定向儀為雙工作臺(tái)，左右工作臺(tái)均能滿足2～8寸晶片的測(cè)量，重復(fù)精度為±3"。測(cè)定單晶材料的峰位角，使用于工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的一般要求。

計(jì)算機(jī)分析系統(tǒng)由計(jì)算機(jī)、數(shù)據(jù)分析軟件組成。對(duì)實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)分析處理后得到的峰形曲線進(jìn)行處理，進(jìn)而得到峰位角，通過(guò)電腦屏幕以表格和曲線的形式顯示，半自動(dòng)尋峰X(qián)射線定向儀一般樣品測(cè)一次需20秒左右（掃描范圍≤2º），可測(cè)一次或者多次。該儀器測(cè)角精度為±15"，zui小讀書(shū)1"。
