PeproGrow-hESC胚胎干細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)基由美國PeproTech公司和美國Rutgers（羅格斯）大學(xué)干細(xì)胞培訓(xùn)中心合作設(shè)計(jì)與研發(fā)，是化學(xué)成分明確的*培養(yǎng)基，不含血清，酚紅和胰島素，專門用于人類胚胎干細(xì)胞（hESCs）和誘導(dǎo)多能干細(xì)胞（hiPSCs）的無飼養(yǎng)層維持培養(yǎng)和擴(kuò)增（需以BD MatrigelTM作為表面包被基質(zhì)）。該培養(yǎng)基可保持hESCs和hiPSCs的未分化、多能狀態(tài)（SSEA4+/Oct4+），流式細(xì)胞術(shù)分析顯示自發(fā)分化的細(xì)胞比例低于15%。該培養(yǎng)基的*配方中含有FGF（堿性成纖維細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)因子）等生長(zhǎng)因子，但不含市場(chǎng)上大多數(shù)其他品牌胚胎干細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)基中存在的胰島素。

Description:
PeproGrow-hESC 胚胎干細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)基 is a serum- and phenol red-free medium of a complete, chemically-defined formulation designed for feeder-free maintenance and expansion of both human embryonic stem cells (hESCs) and human induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) using BD Matrigel? as a surface-coating matrix. This medium is intended for the culturing of hESCs and iPSCs in the undifferentiated, pluripotent state (SSEA4+/Oct4+), and demonstrates less than 15% spontaneous differentiation as indicated by flow cytometry. The proprietary formulation of the medium includes relevant growth factors, such as FGF2 (FGF-basic), but does not contain the insulin found in the majority of other hESC/iPSC media currently available on the market. PeproGrow-hESC, which was designed and developed by PeproTech in collaboration with the Stem Cell Training Course at Rutgers University, is supplied as a 100mL, or 500mL, bottle of basal medium and a separate, lyophilized growth factor component.
