技術(shù)說明
Technical description
該系列速動(dòng)開關(guān)的一個(gè)特點(diǎn)是，由于彈簧預(yù)加拉力而使接點(diǎn)橋快速動(dòng)作。該速動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)使接點(diǎn)通斷與傳動(dòng)速度*無關(guān)。
該系列速動(dòng)開關(guān)元件具有強(qiáng)制斷開功能，不會(huì)產(chǎn)生靜接點(diǎn)的粘連，可以應(yīng)用在對安全要求*的交通和機(jī)械等領(lǐng)域。
A characteristic feature of the S826 Series switch is the rapid motion of its contact bridge induced by the force of a pre-tensioned spring. This snap-action mechanism makes the connection and opening of contacts to be independent of the actuating speed.
The positive opening operation of S826 series snap-action switches guarantees the forced disconnection of contacts even when stuck or welded due to overload currents of in the unlikely event of a failure of the snap-action mechanism, therefore, they are suited for safety-related applications such as transport and machine filed.

To increase the breaking capacity and the permissible breaking current under DC loads, integral magnetic blows-out are available. Permanent magnets create a field across the switching contacts, forcing the arc out of the contact area
The blowout magnets are mounted in the cut-outs of the contact area, the effect being independent of the terminal polarity.
