目前雖然已有很多聚合物材料應(yīng)用于釋放體系,但生物可降鰓嵌段共聚物作為釋放載體材料有許多的幢J:①在蛋白質(zhì)、多肽類(lèi)的聚合釋放體系中,如納米粒、微球等體系表面的破壞會(huì)導(dǎo)致突釋或不釋放,引入兩親性的嵌段共聚物后,可修飾,避免突釋及不釋放現(xiàn)象;②膠體靶向載體存在的主要問(wèn)題在于被網(wǎng)狀內(nèi)皮吞噬(RES)非特異性吸收,使到達(dá)不了RES以外的靶位。引入嵌段共聚物,可降低RES對(duì)其的識(shí)別與吞噬,減少在RES中的聚集,實(shí)現(xiàn)在網(wǎng)狀內(nèi)皮以外的組織、器官的靶向釋放;③可通過(guò)改變共聚物性質(zhì),如嵌段比例、嵌段長(zhǎng)度等調(diào)控釋放速率,以根據(jù)或機(jī)能調(diào)節(jié)要求設(shè)計(jì)釋放時(shí)間,滿足短期和等用途的要求;④嵌段共聚物由疏水性片段與親水性片段嵌合而成,具有兩親性。其親水性可提難溶性的溶解度,疏水性可提疏水性的包封率及膜脂質(zhì)雙分子層對(duì)的通透性;⑤在體內(nèi)降解為性的單體,有的生物相容性,可機(jī)體的。
