UE-OEM7是一款我公司從法國引進(jìn)的專用于腐蝕性氣體含水分析的儀器。傳感器材質(zhì)為M400或哈氏合金，*可以耐受氯氣、*、溴化氫、氟化氫等強(qiáng)腐蝕性氣體的腐蝕。測量范圍可滿足0~50ppb至0~5000ppm。目前廣泛應(yīng)用于氯堿廠、多晶硅廠、氟硅材料廠及以氯氣為原料的各種化工廠，可提供實(shí)驗(yàn)室及在線式兩款產(chǎn)品。該儀器性能*，價格適中，是一款非常有競爭力的適用于腐蝕性氣體微水分析的產(chǎn)品。

- Moisture measuring range : programming from 0-50 ppb
to 5000 ppm（v） equivalent value in dew point at
referenced pressure
