塑料球壓痕硬度儀產(chǎn)品概述：

塑料球壓痕硬度儀是在指用直徑為5MM的鋼球，在規(guī)定試驗負(fù)荷作用下，垂直壓入試樣表面，保持30S后計算球壓痕面積上所承受的平均壓力測試儀。

   塑料球壓痕硬度儀產(chǎn)品特點：

1. 本儀器核心控制部分通過7寸觸摸屏設(shè)置參數(shù)并控制。
2. 本儀器變形采集利用國內(nèi)的微型位移傳感器技術(shù)，zui小位移采集精度為：0.001MM，淘汰了利用數(shù)字千分表采集位移精度低、易壞及需要更換電池等缺陷
3. 設(shè)置好參數(shù)后，點開始實驗后自動加載，實驗結(jié)束后自動計算結(jié)果，同時壓頭自動復(fù)位到初始位置進(jìn)行下次實驗
4. 本儀器帶有微型打印機，可以對試驗結(jié)果進(jìn)行打印。
5. 本儀器具有3種實驗類型：球壓痕實驗、洛氏硬度、耐壓實驗
