Test method for materials at commercial power frequencies the dielectric breakdown voltage and dielectric strength of ASTM D149 solid electricalinsulation.
One, the scope and function
Mainly applicable to solid insulation materials (such as: plastic, rubber,lamination material, film, resin, mica, ceramic, glass, insulating paint and other insulation materials and parts) in the frequency of the voltage or DC voltage breakdown strength and voltage withstand test.
The instrument is controlled by computer, is my company developed a new second generation dielectric breakdown testing instrument, the instrumentis controlled by the electronic control system of Siemens PLC, data acquisition through a photoelectric isolation, effectively solve the problem of interference in the process of software test, convenient operation and use, to show the real-time dynamic curve, at the same time, the rate of pressure rise stepless adjustable, can according to their own needs toboost rate adjustment, adjustment in the range of 10V-5000V/S, in the domestic leading position (the only domestic manufacturers can achieve this function), so that the pressure rate truly uniform, accurate, and can accuray measure the leakage current data. May the real-time renderingcurves, test data show that, to judge accuray, and can save, print the test data analysis.
The system can automatically determine the sample breakdown andbreakdown voltage and leakage current data acquisition, and can rapidly reduce the auto zero in instantaneous voltage breakdown. The softwaresystem is easy to operate, stable performance, safe and reliable.
