●     HZH 2300℃ Vacuum Hot-pressing Furnace

Application：

Used widely for hot-pressing sintering of hard carbide, functional ceramics and powder metallurgy under the vacuum and protective atmosphere. Also for hot-pressing shaping of sintering.

Features：

1.      The furnace adopts double-shell water cooling structure, inner wall, outer wall and flange are made from 304 stainless steel. Furnace body has two parts, a third is the lateral opening cover, two third is the fixed furnace body, two parts are sealed by the vacuum O rings, owning water-cooling device avoids the aging of O rings for the over-temperature, the holes for measuring temperature, drawing the gas and observation hole shielding. The protective device of electrode, protective cover is fixed on the body, three-phase heating helps the balance of electricity grid, the body fixed on the bracket. squeeze head  and hydrocylinder are fixed the bottom and top of furnace bracket, is easy to disassemble.

2.      Heating element adopts high purity graphite cylinder , the outside of graphite cylinder is covered with the carbon felt fixed with cover of stainless steel, owning good insulation, withstanding the impact, fast rise of temperature comes up to max. temperature within 90 minutes.

3.      the upper and lower squeeze heads are made from high strength graphite block which can bear pressure of 35～70MPa.

4.      vacuum system consists of K-2 diffusing pump, SJP-70 roots pump, 2X-30 mechanical pump which equipped with electromagnetic pressure valve that prevents sudden electricity shut and mechanical pump oil back flow）, inflating valve, deflating valve, vacuum butterfly valve, vacuum pressure meter （±Pa） corrugated pipe, vacuum pipe passage and bracket.

5.      hydraulic system adopts electric input mode. hydraulic pressure station is equipped with proportional valve, pressure induction valve. Displacement display adopts grating ruler which ensures the accuracy of distance measuring up to 0.02mm, and hydraulic cylinder etc., pressure can adjusted semi-automatic or by hand. The meters can be set to automatically adjust the pressure so as to realize the stabilized voltage and pressure maintaining.

6.      water-cooling system is made up of all kinds of related valves and pipes, possessing sound-light alarm system of stop of water supply that can shut off the heating source.

7.      temperature controlling system adopts SCR contolling and Japanese Shimaden PID contolling temperature system.

8.      inflating system is made up of all type of valves and pipes equipped with electromagnetic deflating valve, pressure sensor which deflates automatically when the pressure go beyond the safe standards, inflating pipes have the leak valve that controls the amount of inflation.
