●HVH1300℃ Vacuum Gas-Cooling Oil-Quenching Furnace
Application:
The furnace is just mainly used for bright quenching, bright annealing and vacuum brazing of alloy steel, alloy tool and die steel, high speed steel, bearing steel and stainless steel etc. Also for vacuum heat treatment, high temperature vacuum brazing and vacuum sintering for magnetic material.
Features:
1.The heating element adopts the second generation graphite rod, its life is long, it is easy to maintain it.
2.The compound side valve has the better performance to insulate the heat and air.
3.The sound structure of heating chamber makes the heating even, heat loss little, and energy saving better.
4.The stirring device of oil tank makes the quenching oil flow more even to make sure the products deform little.
5.The vacuum of furnace inside and gas-cooling pressure can be adjusted to apply to the requirements of different materials.
6.Workpiece conveying mechanism runs smoothly and flexibly, moves safely and reliably.
7.The cover of gas-cooling room adopts the structure of the flange with the irregular teeth to make the two directions of the plus pressure and negative pressure seal tightly.
8. Full inligent computer control plus the manual operation system make the operation convenient.
