 PG9810T瓶胚斷面厚度測量儀適用于測量多層不同材料的瓶容器或者瓶胚的尼龍阻隔材料的存在性和厚度。PG9810T瓶胚斷面厚度測量儀采用近紅外光學(xué)系統(tǒng)，測量快速、準確且無破壞性的。For Multilayer Containers The Agr Multilayer Profiler Gauge (PG9810T) is a non-contact, automated measuring device for determining presence and thickness of nylon-based barrier materials in PET containers and preforms. The PG9810T uses IR absorption technology to accuray determine PET and barrier wall thickness.  The entire test process using the PG9810T is compley automatic and takes just a few seconds.

The PG9810T offers a choice of 3 different testing modes for multilayer preforms.  Each mode is operator-selectable depending upon the requirements of a particular application.

Pass/Fail In this preform mode, the PG9810T determines the absence or presence of a nylon barrier material at specific locations on the preform.  Up to 8 user-defined height levels can be designated for each test.  Test results show a pass/fail indication based upon barrier presence.  Minimum, maximum, and average thickness can be displayed if desired.

Vertical Thickness Measurement In this mode, the preform is scanned from top to bottom and evaluated for the presence of barrier material.   Barrier material thickness is measured and graphically presented on a profile graph with section averages.

Horizontal Thickness Measurement This mode permits thickness measurements to be taken at a specific horizontal height on the preform body.  Up to 8 operator-defined heights can be programmed into a test profile.  At each position, a 360° scan is performed and the minimum, maximum, and average thickness is reported for the barrier materials.
