Sound level meter is also called (noise) is the basicinstrument in measuring noise. In general by thecondenser microphone, amplifier, attenuator, amplifier,frequency sound level meter power network and effective value indicator. Principle of sound level meter is: a microphone for converting sound into electrical signals,and then by the preamplifier transform impedancematching, the microphone and attenuator. Amplifier output signal to the weighting network, the signalfrequency weighting (or the external filter), and then by the attenuator and amplifier to amplify the signalamplitude, and finally through digital processor, display the corresponding value in the LCD.
